Solutions by product type
1. The crest does not light up.
Possible causes:
• It is not connected to the power supply.
• Loose USB connection.
The device is turned off.
Solutions:
• Make sure the USB cable is firmly connected to the inverter and the power supply.
• Check that the USB power source is working.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn it on.
2. The light mode does not change.
Cause:
• The button is being held down. Solution:
• With the device turned on, briefly press the ON/OFF button.
3. The crest falls out of the window.
Possible causes:
• The window was not completely clean or dry.
• The tape was not applied correctly. Solutions:
• Clean and dry the window thoroughly before placing the crest.
• Secure the adhesive tape firmly to the front of the crest before attaching it.4.The crest makes a continuous buzzing or beeping sound.Cause:
• Normal noise from the EL panel.
Solution:
• No action required.
A slight buzzing sound is normal and does not affect the operation or quality of the product.
5. The crest shows physical damage.
Cause:
• Impact or misuse.
Solution:
• The warranty does not cover damage from bumps or accidents.

1. The crest does not light up.

2. The light is dim or flickers without being in flashing mode.
Cause:
• Low battery.
Solution:
• Fully recharge the device.
3. The crest makes a continuous buzzing or beeping sound.
Cause:
• Normal noise from the EL panel.
Solution:
• No action required.

4. The lanyard does not stay attached.
Cause:
• Hooks not properly secured.
Solution:
• Check that the hooks are fully engaged.

Cause:
• Low battery or not fully charged.
Solution:
• Fully recharge.
4. The light is weak.
Cause:
• Battery depleted or almost depleted.
Solution:
• Recharge the device.
